Doka artisanal bogolan cushion

The cotton is spun, woven and dyed by hand by artisans in Mali, which gives the product unique quality and authenticity.

Bogolan is a traditional dyeing technique used in West Africa, which involves the use of mud and natural pigments to create abstract designs on fabric.

The black patterns on the Doka cushion are therefore the result of an artisan dyeing process, which means that each cushion is slightly different.
The back of the cushion is in plain ecru white color, which allows you to vary the styles according to your desires. The cushion is made in a Parisian workshop, which guarantees superior manufacturing quality.

The Doka cushion is available in square shape in different sizes: 40x40 cm and 50x50 cm, as well as in rectangular shape in 30x50 cm and 40x60 cm.

This artisanal product is ideal for bringing a touch of authenticity to your interior decoration while supporting local craftsmanship.

Due to their artisanal manufacturing, each Doka cushion is unique and may have slight variations in patterns and colors. This is part of the charm and authenticity of this product.

The Doka cushion cover is easy to maintain. It can be washed by hand or in the machine at 30 degrees.
Do not put it in the dryer.
Do not use bleach
Dry flat in the shade
Do not iron directly on the bogolan fabric (iron on the reverse side of the cushion cover)

How long does it take to prepare your order?

Upon receipt, we prepare your order which will be shipped within 3 to 4 working days.

What are the delivery rates?

Delivery costs are adjusted and calculated based on the weight and volume of your package. Delivery costs are visible just before order confirmation.

For international markets, all our prices are indicated in euros (VAT included).

You may be required to pay customs fees, which must be paid directly to the carrier.

Where is my order ?

An email has been sent to the email address provided with a link and tracking number which will allow you to follow your package step by step. You can also track your package in your customer area.

Where do we deliver?

We deliver to Europe, USA, Canada, Emirates and South Africa.

What should you do if the product is not compliant upon delivery?

We thank you for contacting us using the “contact” form, specifying the subject of your complaint. Our customer service will contact you as soon as possible.

Returns & Refunds

Your order does not suit you?

You have the possibility to request a refund by returning your items to us within 14 days. The items must be returned to us, by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt, in their packaging and in their original condition, accompanied by the delivery slip initially received with your package. Return costs are your responsibility.

Exclusion: In accordance with the provisions of article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code, the Customer has no right of withdrawal with regard to products made on request or which are personalized.

How to make a return?

Simply fill out the form in your package listing each product you wish to return. Then simply return it with the item(s), in its original packaging(s). Return costs remain your responsibility unless there is an error on our part (valid only for France). For countries outside France, we do not take charge of returns under any circumstances.

When will I receive my refund?

Please keep us informed by email at hello@maisonassa.com, providing us with your initial order number as well as the tracking number for your return.

Your request will be processed once your package has been received. You will receive your refund automatically refunded to the payment method used during your purchase.
